Job Description:

Provide high-quality, results focused, deadline driven administrative support to a team of attorneys and paralegals.
Assist legal department with organization and management of all contracts, including but not limited to, proof-reading and finalizing for execution process, obtaining and issuing certificates of insurance and storing all documents in the internal electronic contract database.
Acts as a liaison, providing necessary information to various clients to ensure follow through with contract terms, and input contract data into tracking programs.
Organize and schedule appointments on attorneys’ calendar.
Lead clients through the contracts process to ensure the process is being followed and is effective.
Provide necessary telephone assistance including, but not limited to, call routing and answering caller's routine questions.
Coordinate travel arrangements including preparing itineraries and dealing with multiple last-minute changes and cancellations; may include international as well as domestic travel.

Requirements/Skills:

Highly skilled in Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Word and good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
Excellent organization and follow up skills.
Very strong secretarial skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise proper judgment to assess priorities.
Resourceful, proactive, assertive, detail-oriented and energetic.
High school diploma, with a college degree preferred.
Legal office experience preferred.
